Enfina是为EELS能量损失谱研究而专用化和优化的EELS分析仪，只在谱模式下工作，有非常优秀的性能和数据收集能力。利用GATAN的专用EELS分析软件，可以从样品的EELS信号，分析元素组成和进行元素定量分析。同时，也可以结合STEM技术，进行高空间分辨率的EELS分析。 
The Enfina EELS system is the next generation of parallel detection energy loss spectrometers. Combining the latest CCD detector technology and full computer control of the spectrometer, the system is the perfect choice for the analytical microscopist. The Enfina spectrometer converts any modern TEM into an efficient analytical tool. Mounted beneath the TEM camera chamber, Enfina adds the capability of energy loss analysis and mapping and reveals a wealth of information about the elemental composition of the specimen. The Enfina EELS system provides users with a fast, reliable tool with which to perform their analysis.

The Enfina software is designed to make a complex system simple. Automated acquisition and spectrometer optimization allows the user to adjust the operating conditions to suit the experiment. Auto-tuning reduces operator interaction and improves consistency between results. The software is fully integrated into DigitalMicrograph. EELS Spectrum Imaging is available for mapping and analysis. All of these technologies combine.
